API Token (no longer required)

Board Templates no longer require an API token. A recent update removed the requirement, so there is nothing to configure and the API token section is no longer part of the Board Templates administration screen.

Tip

If you created an Atlassian API token for Templating.app, you can simply let it expire — Board Templates keep working without it. If the token is not used anywhere else, you can also revoke it in your Atlassian account.

If you received an expiry notice for such a token, that notice comes from Atlassian, not from Templating.app. As far as Board Templates are concerned, it can be ignored.

To set up Board Templates, continue with Create and Edit Board Templates.
