Edit Checklist Template
Editing a checklist template allows you to update its content, conditions, or settings to better fit your project needs.
Follow these steps to make changes to an existing checklist template:
- Open Templating.app Settings
- As a project admin, navigate to your Project Settings.
- Select Apps β Templating.app from the menu.
- Or open the Checklist Configuration via the button at the Templating.app Overview.
- Access Existing Templates
- Locate the checklist template you want to edit from the list of available templates.
- Click on the Template name.
- Update Template Name
- Modify the templateβs name if necessary to reflect its purpose more accurately.
- Edit Action Items
- Update the checklist items in the text editor field.
- You can:
- Add new items.
- Remove outdated items.
- Format text, add mentions, or include additional notes.
- Adjust Conditions
- Issue Types: Update the issue types associated with the template.
- You can add or remove issue types as needed.
- Labels: Modify the labels used as conditions.
- Add, remove, or adjust the labels for better precision.
- Issue Types: Update the issue types associated with the template.
- Save Changes
- Click Update template to apply your updates.
