ISO 27001 Certification

We are ISO 27001 certified, ensuring that our information security management system meets globally recognized standards. This certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining strict security controls and best practices.

Penetration Testing

Our team regularly conducts penetration tests as part of our security program and in line with our Atlassian Cloud Fortified status.

  • We have a penetration testing report available, which outlines the testing results over the past years. A PDF version of this report is available upon request.

Security Framework & Infrastructure

Templating.app is built on Atlassian Forge, ensuring a secure and controlled environment for our customers. It is among the first apps that are officially Runs on Atlassian, which means:

  • The app is hosted entirely on Atlassian’s infrastructure.
  • All data is stored and processed within Atlassian’s trusted ecosystem.
  • Customer data never leaves Atlassian’s infrastructure unless an explicit exception is granted by the customer.

The Runs on Atlassian designation will soon become an Atlassian Marketplace Badge, helping customers significantly reduce procurement efforts. More information about this initiative can be found here

Additionally, we fully support Atlassian’s data residency policies, ensuring that customer data remains in designated regions that align with compliance and regulatory requirements.
