Supported Platforms and Limitations

Templating.app brings template-driven productivity to a variety of Jira setups. However, certain API limitations mean not every feature is available across all Jira products and project types. Here’s an overview:

  • Supported Jira Products: Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud
  • Project Types: Both team-managed and company-managed projects

Note: Some advanced template features may not be fully supported for Jira Service Management projects or team-managed projects due to current API restrictions.
